Jakko has been following the conversation on the writing tools I’ve been posting. He says:
Let me point out Ulysses, an application that’s [also] targeted at writing and nothing else.
I’ve been using Ulysses for over a year now and I love it. A lot of the functionality is similar [to the other tools posted], but to me it feels a little bit more uncluttered and it has the best full-screen editor ever. Yes… EVER!There’s one big drawback though… it’s way more expensive, but you can try it out for a month and see if it works for you.
In the end it will probably all come down to personal preference and I just happened to fall in love with Ulysses and had to pay the (steep) price. Couldn’t live without it anymore!

On a side note, I’m growing even more pleased with CopyWriter. I just moved all my CultCast writings over there and coughed up the $29 to get a full version.

Ulysses is for Mac only? Bah. I was all excited.
