'Zine resurection

Rick is bringing Urban Decay back from the dead. Er... hiatus. He writes:

I just thought i'd drop you a line to let you know that I use to be a small press publisher, and for the last year I've been thinking about resurrecting one of my fiction magazines called Urban Decay. A speculative magazine, which was mainly horror in the heyday of the horror short fiction boom of the mid 90s. The only thing stopping me was the fact that I didn't have a very good outlet at the time, in the end i was spending more money on publishing it as I was getting in revenue (i'm sure you guys know how I feel).

Rather than the usual bi-monthly schedule I set out for myself I'm only planning 2 issues a year now, but i'm hoping to cram then full of stonking good fiction, artwork and the such.

Sounds very groovy. You can follow the story on Rick's blog. Look for release info and submission guidelines to be released soon.
